Terms and Conditions (for Sales Invoice)

1. Payment Terms
   Full payment is due within [e.g., 30 days] from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Late Payment

3. Delivery & Shipping
   All delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Unlimited Press is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs clearance.

4. Returns & Exchanges

5. Claims & Damages

   This invoice is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Cairo courts.
